The Orioles have overcome a slew of injuries so far this season, particularly in their starting rotation, and they’re hanging with the Yankees in the AL East. It’ll be a challenging summer, but the team’s deep minor league system is going to help them through it.

2. St. Louis Cardinals
The St. Louis Cardinals are competing in a league where so many teams are near .500, that almost everyone has a chance. Off the back of their new phenom, Masyn Winn, the Cardinals have surprised people and made all of the right changes when they needed to.

1. Boston Red Sox
They did it again. The Red Sox may not be winning in the standings, but they had the most Home Team Box subscribers in May 2024. Fans are staying hopeful that guys like Tanner Houck, Kutter Crawford and Ceddanne Rafaela will help turn the team around.
Boston is known for creative solutions to baseball problems, so they’ll be exciting to watch this summer as they try to ascend the tough AL East standings.
